If you’re involved in a motorcycle accident, we’re here to support you. KLIM will repair or replace your damaged gear because we believe the rider always comes first.
Every clash claim we receive also helps us get better. We continually review accident reports, rider feedback, and gear performance data to refine our designs, improve durability, and raise the standard for protection in every product we build. Your experience directly shapes the future of KLIM gear.

How to File a GPG Claim
- Take clear photos of the damaged gear
- Obtain an official police/accident report, if available
- Visit: www.klim.com/gear-protection-guarantee
- Complete the claim form and upload required documents
- Customer service will respond within 10 business days
IMportant Notes
- KLIM reserves the right to evaluate eligibility based on circumstances of the accident and adherence to GPG terms.
- Riders involved in accidents due to illegal or reckless activity (e.g. DUI) are not eligible.
- All claims must be submitted by the original purchaser.
- KLIM may substitute products of equivalent value/style depending on availability.
- This program is separate from the product warranty.
- Limit to 1 GPG redemption per purchase.
- Proof of purchase required.
- Program effective February 1, 2026.
- Items purchased prior to 2/1/26 are subject to the previous GPG program rules.
